Questions
- What counts as a new prospect?
- Someone Atom emails for the first time. They count once, in the month of that first email. Follow-ups and replies never count, and you can see the running total on your Billing page.
- What happens if I reach my allowance?
- Depending on the package, extra new prospects are charged at the price shown, or new first emails wait until next month so you never pay more than the package. Follow-ups and replies carry on either way.
- What else will I pay for?
- Atom uses your own Claude and Apollo accounts, so you pay those services directly for what Atom uses. Sending domains you ask Atom to buy are added to your next invoice at the yearly price shown before you confirm.
- How does the free trial work?
- Packages with a trial start free for the days shown. Add a card when you subscribe; you are charged when the trial ends unless you cancel first.
- How do I pay?
- By card, monthly, through Stripe. Atom never sees your card. Invoices are on your Billing page, with your company address and VAT number.
- Can I change package or cancel?
- Yes, from Manage billing on your Billing page.
