How it works

Set up in one sitting, then it runs itself

About twenty minutes with you, then a warm-up period Atom handles on its own.
  1. Atom reads your business

From your website it drafts who you sell to, what makes you different and how you sound. You change anything you like, then approve it.

  2. You connect your accounts

Sign in to your mailbox, calendar and CRM. Atom never sees or stores your passwords.

  3. Atom sets up its own sending

It sends from separate domains it warms up over two to three weeks, so your main email address is never put at risk.

  4. Atom finds, writes, replies and books

It researches each company, writes a personal email, answers replies within minutes and books meetings straight into your calendar.

More on how Atom works

Safe by design

Rules it cannot break

These are built into the software that sends your email, so they hold whatever anyone asks Atom to do.
  • Honest about what it is

If someone asks whether they are talking to a person, Atom says it is an AI assistant writing for a named person at your company.
  • Never talks money

Prices, discounts, contracts, scope and delivery dates always come to you. Atom will not quote or promise any of them.
  • Stops when someone replies

Any reply stops the automated follow-ups for that person straight away.
  • Unsubscribes are instant and permanent

One click removes someone for good, and every email carries your real name, your address and that link.
  • One click pauses everything

Press "Pause all sending" and nothing leaves, including emails already queued.
  • Your data stays yours

Each customer’s prospects are kept apart at the database level and never shared. Hosted in the UK.

Anything it should not handle comes to you

A price question, a complaint or anything Atom is unsure about lands in Needs you, with the whole conversation and a suggested reply. Reply from there, edit it, or hand it back to yourself.

Atom answers replies within minutes of them arriving, day or night.

Interested

Atom offers two or three real times from your calendar and books the one they pick.

Questions and objections

It answers from the playbook you approved, once, without arguing, then leaves the door open.

What prospects see

Short, plain and in your voice

No tracking pixels, no images, no hype. One clear question, from a real person at your company.
From Jess TaylorTo Tom Reeve, Hartwell PrecisionYour Segensworth unit

Hi Tom,

Saw Hartwell has taken the second unit at Segensworth, congratulations. When a team grows that quickly, new business is usually the first thing to slip.

We help engineering firms keep first meetings coming in without adding headcount. Worth twenty minutes next week?

  • Researched first

Every email starts from something true about that company, checked before it is used.
  • Approved claims only

Atom only says what is in the playbook you signed off.
  • Checked before sending

Banned phrases, prices, wrong names and broken links are caught and held for you.
  • Easy to stop

Your name, your address and a one-click unsubscribe on every email.

Earned trust

It earns the right to reply on its own

For each kind of reply, Atom starts by drafting and letting you step in. Once it has a track record with no edits or complaints, it replies straight away. If you change one of its replies, that kind of reply goes back to drafts.

Who it is for

Built for owner-managed B2B businesses

  • A good fit

You sell a considered service or product to other UK businesses, a single good meeting is worth real money, and someone on your team takes those meetings.
  • Not a fit

Selling to consumers, high-volume low-value offers, or anything Atom will not promote, such as gambling, debt collection or political campaigns.

Works with

Uses the tools you already have

Atom signs in to your accounts rather than asking for passwords, and you can disconnect any of them at any time.
  • Your mailboxes

Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, or any provider with standard email settings. Atom sends from new domains it sets up for you, never your main one.
  • Your calendar

Microsoft 365 or Google Calendar, so Atom only offers times you are free and books with a Teams or Meet link.
  • Your CRM

Pipedrive or HubSpot. Customers and open deals are never cold emailed, and every email and meeting is logged.
  • Your own accounts

Your Claude account does the writing and your Apollo account finds people, so you pay those services directly at their own prices.
  • Companies House

Every UK company is checked on the register: who owns it, its size and whether it is still trading.
  • Slack or Teams

New items that need you, booked meetings and a morning summary, in a channel your team already watches.

Getting started

What you need to start

  • Your website

Atom reads it to draft your playbook: who you sell to, what you offer and how you sound.
  • Someone to take the meetings

A person on your team who has agreed to emails being sent in their name, and whose calendar Atom books into.
  • Twenty minutes to check the playbook

You approve what Atom may say about you. It never claims anything that is not in it.
  • A list of who to leave alone

Past clients, partners, anyone you have approached before. Upload it in one go, or let your CRM supply it.

The alternatives

How it compares

Most firms find first meetings one of three ways. Atom is built to take the work without taking control away from you.
  • Hiring a sales development rep

A salary, months to ramp up and a gap when they leave. Atom starts once warm-up finishes, works every hour and follows the same rules every time.
  • Doing it yourself

Research, writing and chasing replies around the day job, so it stops whenever you get busy. Atom keeps going and hands you only what needs you.
  • A lead generation agency

You see the meetings but rarely what was said in your name. With Atom you approve the playbook, see every email and can pause everything with one click.

Questions

What people ask first

Will prospects know it is an AI?
Emails are written by Atom for a real, named person at your company, who has agreed to it. If anyone asks whether they are talking to a person, Atom says it is an AI assistant. You can also choose to send as a named AI assistant, and every email then says so.
Can it damage my email reputation?
Atom never sends cold email from your main domain. It uses separate sending domains, warms them up slowly, keeps daily limits and pauses a mailbox on its own if bounces rise.
What happens when someone replies?
Their automated follow-ups stop at once. Atom answers within minutes if the reply is something it is allowed to handle, and brings anything else to you with a suggested reply.
How does Atom keep to the rules on business email?
It only writes to people at companies about something relevant to their work. Every email carries your real name, your postal address and a one-click unsubscribe, an unsubscribe is permanent, and data requests come straight to you.
Can I stop it?
Yes. "Pause all sending" stops everything, including emails already queued, and is always one click away.
