Full terms will be published when Atom opens to customers. In outline, they will cover the points below. Nothing on this page is yet a binding agreement.

Who provides Atom

Atom is a Damteq product. Damteq owns and runs it, and is the supplier you contract with (registered company details to be confirmed).

Using Atom responsibly

• You confirm your business is real, and that the people Atom writes as, or who are responsible for your AI assistant, have agreed to it.
• You approve your targeting and your messages before anything is sent.
• Atom may not be used for adult content, gambling, debt collection, cryptocurrency promotion or political campaigning.
• We may suspend any account that breaks these terms or whose complaint rate shows it is harming people.

Data

You are the controller of your prospect data. Damteq processes it for you under a data processing agreement.

Fees

You pay the plan you choose, and any usage beyond it, as shown on the pricing page and your Billing screen. Payments are taken by Stripe. You can change plan or cancel from Billing.
