Company settings
Follow-up timing, waiting after out-of-office and "not now" replies, booking, and how each kind of reply goes out.
Open Settings in the menu. Everyone can see the settings; only owners can change them. Atom's safety rules apply whatever you choose.
Follow-ups
Set how many working days Atom waits before each follow-up, counted from the email before. Leave a box empty to stop there, up to six follow-ups. Any reply from a prospect stops their follow-ups at once.
Waiting
- Out of office with no return date: how many working days Atom pauses before carrying on.
- "Not now" with no date: how long before Atom drafts a check-in for you to approve.
Booking meetings
Meeting length, how many times to offer, the notice you need, the gap kept around other meetings, how far ahead to look, and how long offered times stay open.
How replies go out
For each kind of reply, choose:
- Always ask me first: nothing is sent until you approve it.
- Send after a countdown: Atom waits, and you can edit or stop the reply in Conversations. The countdown only runs in your working hours.
- Countdown at first, then straight away: the default. Once Atom has a run of replies of that kind that nobody needed to change, it sends them straight away. If anyone edits or stops one, it goes back to the countdown.
- Send straight away.
Complaints, legal questions, prices, contract terms, data requests and anything sensitive always come to you in Needs you, whatever you choose.
While Damteq checks a new company's launch, every reply waits for approval. Your choices apply as soon as that check is done.
Go back to Atom's defaults clears your choices.
