Meetings
Booked calls, why each company fitted, and flagging no-shows.
Every meeting Atom books appears on the Meetings page with:
- when it is,
- why Atom thought the company fitted your targeting,
- the whole email conversation.
How booking works
When someone wants a call, Atom offers a few free times from your diary on different days. When they pick one in their reply, such as "Thursday works", Atom checks the time is still free, puts it in your diary with a video link, and emails them the time, the link and a calendar invite they can accept with one click. That email goes through every usual check. If they are unclear, Atom does not guess.
When they accept or decline the invite, Atom records it on the meeting. If they decline, it comes to you in Needs you.
No show and not qualified
After a call, flag it if the person did not turn up, or if they were not a real prospect. Atom uses these flags to improve who it approaches.
