Daily prospecting

With Apollo connected under Connections, Atom can find new companies for you every weekday morning. Open Daily prospecting to set it up. Only owners can change it.

What you choose

• New companies a day.
• Which companies: where they are (and where they are not), the type of company by industry or keyword, words that rule a company out, their size, their revenue, and whether they must have a website. Atom researches every company from its website, so keep that ticked unless you have a reason not to.
• Which people: job titles (or your playbook's), seniority, how many people at each company, and whether their email address must be verified by Apollo.
• When people are found: wait for someone to approve each person on Prospects (the default), or start emailing people at companies that fit straight away.

What happens each morning

1. Atom asks Apollo for companies that match, skipping any already in Atom, your customers, open deals and excluded domains, and adds up to your daily number.
2. Atom researches each one, as it does for companies you add yourself.
3. At companies research found a fit, Atom finds the people you asked for and adds them to Prospects.

Nothing is sent to anyone Atom has not researched, and every email goes through every check. Each search and each person found uses your Apollo credits; Recent runs shows what each morning found and any problem, such as running out of credits.
