Prospects
Companies Atom has researched, the people at them, and approving who to approach.
Prospects shows every company Atom has looked at and the people there. Nobody is emailed until someone in your team approves them.
What research found
Each company shows a verdict, with the reasons under Why:
- A good fit: it matches your targeting. Anyone in your team can approve people there.
- Needs a look: something could not be checked, for example no website or no owners listed. Only an owner can approve people there.
- Excluded: for example group owned, outside your area, in a sector you never approach, or in financial trouble. Nobody there is approached.
Adding a company or a person
Add a company with its name and website, and its company number if you know it. Atom checks it against Companies House and your targeting straight away.
Add a person with their name, work email and where their details came from, such as their company website. Atom keeps that so it can tell them if they ask. Anyone on your do-not-contact list, an existing customer or an open deal in your CRM cannot be added.
Approving someone
Choose Approve and start. Atom writes the first email from your playbook and what it found about the company, and sends it in working hours after every check. Follow-ups come after 3, 7 and 14 working days unless they reply.
Atom approaches each person once. If they reply, unsubscribe or the sequence ends, they are not approached again.
Finding people with Apollo
With Apollo connected under Connections, each researched company that fits has a Find people with Apollo button. Atom looks for the job titles in your playbook at that company's website domain, using a few of your Apollo credits, and adds the people it finds here. Nobody is emailed until you approve them. Anyone who has unsubscribed, is excluded or is already in Atom is skipped, as are addresses Apollo knows are invalid.
