Data requests

When someone asks what you hold about them, or asks you to delete it.

Anyone Atom has contacted can ask what you hold about them, ask where it came from, or ask you to delete it. Atom never answers these by itself: a reply that looks like one goes to Needs you.

Only owners can handle requests. Open Data requests and enter the person's email address.

A request for a copy

Choose Download everything. You get a file with what Atom holds: their name and email, their company, the emails sent and received, what Atom decided about their replies, any meetings, where the data came from, and whether they are on your do-not-contact list. Send it to them yourself.

A request to delete

Tick the box and choose Erase this person. Atom deletes their contact record, every email to and from them, its decisions about their replies, meetings and items in Needs you. This cannot be undone.

Their address stays on your do-not-contact list, so Atom never writes to them again. That list is the record that you are honouring their request.

Atom cannot delete copies outside it. Delete their emails in your own mailbox, and their record in Pipedrive, yourself.

This is general information, not legal advice. You normally have one month to respond to a request.
