Working hours

When Atom sends first emails and follow-ups.

Atom only sends first emails and follow-ups during your working hours, in UK time. The default is Monday to Friday, 08:30 to 17:30.

Owners can change the days and times on the Controls page. An email that is ready outside working hours waits until the next working period.

Follow-ups are spaced in working days, so a follow-up due on a Saturday goes on Monday instead.
