What Atom does for you, and the rules it never breaks.
Atom is an AI sales assistant. It finds companies that fit your targeting, writes to the right person, handles their replies and books meetings in your diary. You approve how it speaks for you, and you can stop it at any moment.
What Atom does each day
- Researches companies against your targeting: region, size, sector, ownership and whether they are still trading.
- Writes a short first email to the right person, using only what your playbook allows it to say.
- Follows up a few times, spaced out in working days, and stops the moment someone replies.
- Reads every reply and decides what to do: answer a question, offer times for a call, pause for someone on holiday, or hand it to you.
- Books meetings in your diary with a video link.
What Atom never does
- It never pretends to be a person when asked.
- It never mentions prices, discounts, contract terms, scope or delivery dates. Those always come to you.
- It never claims anything that is not in your approved playbook.
- It never emails someone who has unsubscribed, an existing customer, an open deal or anyone marked do not contact.
- It never sends cold email from your main company domain, so your own email reputation is protected.
