Connecting your mailbox and calendar
How Atom reads replies and books meetings in your diary.
Atom sends from a separate sending domain that you set up for it (see Setting up sending mailboxes), never your main domain, so your main domain's reputation is never put at risk by cold email. Replies arrive in those mailboxes and Atom reads them within moments.
Calendar
Atom needs to see when you are free, and to put meetings in your diary. When a prospect asks for a call, Atom offers a few real free times from your diary, on different days. When they pick one, Atom adds it with a video link and sends them the time and link by email.
Who meetings go to
An owner chooses whose diary meetings are booked in. That person must be someone who has agreed to take the calls.
