Inviting colleagues, roles, and your own sign-in settings.

Inviting someone

  1. Open Team in the menu. Only owners can invite.
  2. Enter their work email and choose owner or member.
  3. Atom emails them an invitation link, and shows you the link too in case it does not arrive. It works once, for that email address, for 7 days.

When they open the link and sign in with that address, they join your company.

Changing someone's role or removing them

Owners can make someone an owner or a member, or remove them, from the Team page. A company always keeps at least one owner.

Your own account

Open Account from your name at the top of the screen to see how you signed in and to sign out of every other device.

Emails from Atom

Under Your account, choose which emails Atom sends you about your company: when something new needs you, when a meeting is booked, and a short summary each morning. They come from Atom's own address, only ever go to people in your team, and never include prospects' messages.
