Never approach
Upload the people and companies Atom must never cold email, such as past clients or a do-not-repeat log.
Atom never cold emails anyone on your Never approach list. It checks every email against the list just before it goes, so adding someone also holds anything already waiting to be sent to them.
Adding people and companies
Open Never approach and either upload a file or paste a list.
- A file: a CSV or text file up to 2 MB, with any columns. Atom picks out every email address and every website or domain, and ignores names, phone numbers and headings.
- A domain (for example kestrel.co.uk) covers everyone at that company.
- An email address covers one person.
Atom tells you how many it added and how many entries it left out because they were neither.
Taking things off
An owner can take a domain off the list. Email addresses stay on it for good, so nobody is approached by mistake. Unsubscribes, complaints and data requests are kept separately and are never emailed either.
Your CRM's customers, open deals and do-not-contact people are added automatically every night; they show as From your CRM.
